Cooking Rempeyek is not as easy as our imagination. It needs a right ingredients and materials. Here, i would like to share the composition of Rempeyek.As a note, the more you add egg and Kemiri, the nicer your Rempeyek will be.
1. Rice flour 0.25 kg
2. Cassava flour 0.25
3. Shallot/Bawang Merah 3 Pcs
4. Garlics 10 Pcs
5. Turmeric/Kunir 3 Pcs
6. Coriander/ Ketumbar 3 sdm
7. Season flavor as much as you like
Pour all materials with water. Make sure the water is not too much. Add shrimp. Fry it into cooking oil and Rempeyek is ready to serve.
